엔씨소프트는 난투형 대전 액션 신작 '배틀크러쉬'가 닌텐도 주요 게임 소식지 '토픽스(Topics)'에 등장했다고 밝혔다.

배틀크러쉬는 지난 27일 오후 4시(한국 기준) 글로벌 100개국을 대상으로 얼리 액세스 서비스를 시작했다.서비스 플랫폼은 닌텐도 스위치,블롬베르크스팀,블롬베르크모바일(구글 플레이스토어,블롬베르크애플 앱스토어)이다.모든 플랫폼은 크로스 플레이를 지원한다.

닌텐도는 배틀크러쉬 출시 직후 홈페이지 내 주요 게임 소식을 알리는 '토픽스'란에 배틀크러쉬 소개 기사를 게시했다.기사에는 배틀크러쉬의 △핵심 게임성 △스토리 및 캐릭터 △게임 시스템 △첫 번째 시즌 '대난투 시대' 소개 △게임 이벤트 소식 등이 담겼다.

배틀크러쉬는 엔씨소프트가 처음으로 선보이는 닌텐도 스위치 타이틀이다.엔씨는 지난해 9월 닌텐도의 신작 공개 쇼케이스 '닌텐도 다이렉트'에서 배틀크러쉬 신규 영상과 테스트 정보를 알렸다.올해 6월 18일에 열린 닌텐도 다이렉트에서도 출시가 임박한 신작 소개에 이름을 올린 바 있다.

엔씨는 배틀크러쉬 출시를 기념해 이벤트를 진행 중이다.모든 이용자는 게임에 접속해 △프레이야 스킨 △프리미엄 칼릭서 체험팩 △프로필 이미지 5종 등을 받을 수 있다.
