검찰,야코카지노10대 4명 포함 총 16명 기소… 3명 인터폴 적색 수배

70억 원대 마약을 국내로 밀수한 관리책과 운반책들이 검찰에 무더기로 적발됐다.

인천지검 강력범죄수사부(부장검사 박성민)는 특정범죄가중처벌법상 향정 혐의로 마약 밀수조직 관리책 A(23)씨 등 19명을 적발했다고 2일 밝혔다.

검찰은 이 가운데 A씨 등 15명을 구속기소하고,야코카지노다른 사건으로 이미 구속된 공범 B(31)씨를 불구속기소하는 한편,해외에 도피 중인 공범 3명을 인터폴 적색 수배했다.

A씨 등은 지난해 12월부터 지난달까지 캄보디아에서 확보한 필로폰 21㎏과 케타민 1.4㎏ 등을 인천국제공항을 통해 국내로 밀수입한 혐의를 받고 있다.

이들이 밀수한 마약은 합성 대마 2.3㎏까지 합쳐 70억 원 상당(71만 명 동시 투약분)에 달한다.

B씨를 비롯해 적발된 운반책들은 A씨가 SNS를 통해 모집한 이들로,야코카지노A씨는 "해외에서 마약을 가져오면 일당으로 1000만 원 가량의 가상화폐를 지급하겠다.몇 년째 절대 걸리지 않아 안전하다"고 유혹했던 것으로 파악됐다.

B씨 등은 실제 캄보디아에서 복대나 여행용 가방 또는 운동화 밑창에 마약을 숨긴 뒤 국내로 운반한 것으로 조사됐다.

특히 적발된 운반책 14명 중에는 10대도 4명 포함돼 있었으며,야코카지노이 가운데 1명은 고등학교 재학생이었다.

이들의 범행은 A씨가 모집한 운반책 중 1명이 검찰에 자수하면서 드러났다.

해당 운반책을 통해 관련 첩수를 입수한 검찰은 즉각 수사에 착수,인천공항본부세관 등과의 협조로 운반책 5명을 검거한 뒤 캄보디아 경찰 및 국정원과의 공조를 통해 베트남에 있던 A씨를 붙잡았다.

검찰 관계자는 "세관 및 경찰 등과 수사 실무협의체를 구성해 마약 밀수 동향이나 범행 수범 등을 실시간으로 공유하고 있다"며 "마약 밀수 범행에 대해 엄벌이 내려질 수 있도록 재판에도 철저히 대비하겠다"고 말했다.
