공정거래위원회는 아이앤씨테크놀로지의 '하도급거래 공정화에 관한 법률' 위반 행위에 대해 시정명령을 부과하기로 결정했다고 1일 밝혔다.

공정위에 따르면 아이앤씨테크놀로지는 지난 2019년 수급사업자에게 한국전력공사의 전력량계시스템에 필요한 통신기기 부품의 제조위탁을 의뢰하면서 수급사업자의 기술자료인 '블록 다이아그램'을 정당한 사유 없이 요구했다.

아이앤씨테크놀로지는 블록 다이아그램이 한전 규격 부합여부나 제품 불량시 문제해결 등에 필요한 자료라고 주장했으나,2017년 7월 29일 야구 경기일정공정위는 이를 위한 필수적인 자료가 아니어서 자료 제공 요구에 정당한 사유가 없다고 판단했다.

아이앤씨테크놀로지는 또한 양산시험 절차서 등의 기술자료를 요구하면서 기술자료 요구 서면을 교부하지 않았다.
