삼성전자 최대 노조인 전국삼성전자노조가 오는 8일부터 사흘 동안 1차 총파업에 돌입하기로 했습니다.

손우목 노조 위원장은 오늘 유튜브 라이브 방송에서 노조 요구가 관철될 때까지 무임금,마카오대학무노동 총파업으로 투쟁한다고 말했습니다.

이어 3차 사후조정에서 나온 사측의 제시안은 노조를 분노하게 했다며 평화적 쟁의행위가 더는 무의미하다고 밝혔습니다.

노조는 전체 직원에 대한 휴가 1일과 2024년 연봉 협상에 서명하지 않은 조합원에 대한 임금 인상을 요구하고 있습니다.

또 초과이익성과급 제도 개선과 무임금 파업으로 발생한 모든 조합원의 경제적 손실 보상을 조건으로 내세웠습니다.

노조는 이를 두고 전영현 삼성전자 디바이스솔루션 부문장과 면담했지만 입장 차를 좁히지 못한 것으로 보입니다.

전국삼성전자노조 조합원은 2만 8천여 명으로 삼성전자 직원의 22％ 규모입니다.

앞서 지난달 7일에는 삼성전자 창사 이래 첫 연차파업에 나서기도 했습니다.
