관내 응급실 내원 온열질환자 발생 일일 보고

이 감시체계는 온열질환자 발생 정보를 신속하게 공유해 관계기관 간 폭염 대응 협력을 강화하고,시민들에게 온열 질환 발생 시 신속한 대처를 위한 정보를 제공한다.

온열 질환은 고온 환경에 장시간 노출될 때 발생하는 급성질환으로 두통,어지러움,근육경련,피로감,레온 훈련소의식 저하 등의 증상이 나타난다.

지난해 경남에서는 온열 질환으로 226명이 피해를 입었고(사망자 6명),양산시에서는 11명(사망자 없음)이 피해를 입어 최근 3년간 증가 추세여서 주의가 필요하다.

현재 양산시보건소는 양산부산대학교병원,베데스다복음병원,본바른병원 응급실과 함께 온열 질환 감시체계를 구축하고 있다.발생 시 보고체계를 통한 모니터링과 대상자 관리가 이뤄진다.

시 관계자는 "최근 폭염특보 발효와 함께 기온 상승으로 온열 질환에 대한 대비가 필요하다"며 "특히 온열 질환에 취약한 노인,취약계층,레온 훈련소옥외 근로자들은 수분 섭취,레온 훈련소가벼운 옷차림,더운 시간대 야외활동 자제 등 예방 수칙을 지키고,오심,어지럼증,근육경련 등 이상 증상이 나타나면 시원한 곳으로 이동해 119에 도움을 요청하라"고 당부했다.
