전국 아파트 분양가 한 달 만에 상승,서울 8.28%↑

(서울=뉴스1) 황보준엽 기자 = 전국 민간 아파트 분양가가 하락 전환 한달 만에 다시 상승했다.특히 서울의 분양가가 가파르게 상승하며 3.3㎡ 기준 4000만 원을 처음으로 돌파했다.

15일 주택도시보증공사(HUG)의 민간아파트 분양가격 동향조사에 따르면 지난 6월 말 서울 아파트 ㎡당 평균 분양가는 1267만 6000원을 기록했다.

이는 전월(㎡당 1170만 6000원) 대비 8.28%,무료 룰렛 스핀 게임전년 동월(㎡당 967만 5000원) 대비로는 31.02% 상승한 금액이다.

이를 3.3㎡(평)당으로 환산하면 4190만 4000원이다.서울의 평당 분양가가 4000만 원이 넘기는 이번이 처음이다.

직전월까지만 해도 서울의 평당 분양가는 3000만 원 후반대의 금액을 형성하고 있었다.지난 1월 3713만7000원을 시작으로 △2월 3787만4000원 △3월 3801만 원 △4월 3890만 9000원 △5월 3869만 8000원 등이다.

5대 광역시 및 세종시(㎡당 605만 2000원→602만 3000원)를 제외한 모든 권역에서 분양가가 올랐다.

HUG의 민간아파트 분양가격은 공표 직전 12개월간 분양보증서가 발급된 민간 분양사업장의 주택 중 상가와 오피스텔,조합원 분양 주택을 제외한 일반 분양주택의 평균 가격을 의미한다.

수도권 ㎡당 분양가는 전월(785만 6000원) 대비 4.21% 오른 818만 7000원이다.전년 동기(㎡당 684만 4000원) 대비로는 19.63% 올랐다.3.3㎡당으로는 2706만 4000원이다.

전국 아파트 ㎡당 분양가는 564만 4000원으로 전월(557만 4000원) 대비 1.26% 상승했고,전년 동월(491만 4000원) 대비 14.86% 상승했다.

전국 및 수도권 등의 분양가는 지난달 하락한 후 한달 만에 다시 상승했는데,무료 룰렛 스핀 게임앞선 경우 저가의 단지가 공급되며 분양가가 일시적으로 내렸던 것으로 풀이된다.

6월 전국 신규 분양 민간아파트 물량은 총 1만 4291가구로 전년 동월(1만 4436가구) 대비로는 1% 하락했다.
