물이 가득 들어찬 축사 안에 소들이 오도가도 못한 채 서 있습니다.

200평 넘는 축사는 삽시간에 물바다가 됐습니다.

아파트 단지 화단 나무 사이로 흙탕물이 쏟아져 나옵니다.

폭포처럼 보일 정도로 거센 물줄기.

갑자기 강하게 쏟아진 비에 발을 디디기도 쉽지 않은 상황입니다.

[음성 변조 : "나 어떻게 가.저기 건너가야 하는데."]

도로 배수구에서 물이 뿜어져 나옵니다.

도로를 뒤덮은 빗물은 인근 민가 안쪽까지 들어찼습니다.

연신 물을 퍼내보지만 역부족입니다.

[제보자/음성 변조 : "소방관이 양동이로 물 빼고 기계로 빼도 소용이 없어요.그 펌프 있잖아요.기계도 터지고 그랬어요."]

깊은 밤,아파트 지하주차장에서 차들이 줄줄이 빠져 나갑니다.

집중 호우로 주차장에 갑자기 물이 차면서,주민들은 잠도 못 자고 서둘러 차를 다른 곳으로 옮겨야 했습니다.
