일본에서는 입주를 한 달 앞둔 아파트가 후지산 전망을 가린다는 이유로 철거 결정이 났습니다.

지역 주민들이 공사 초기부터 꾸준히 민원을 제기했는데,건설사는 오명을 남기고 싶지 않다며 지역 주민 입장을 존중해 철거를 결정했다고 밝혔습니다.

도쿄도 쿠니타치시의 10층짜리 신축 아파트입니다.

후지산에서 직선 거리로 약 75km,전망 좋기로 소문난 후지미 거리에 위치해 통창 밖으로 후지산 전경을 감상할 수 있습니다.

공사가 거의 마무리돼,룰렛 추첨 프로그램다음 달 18가구가 입주할 예정이었는데,룰렛 추첨 프로그램며칠 전 돌연 철거가 결정됐습니다.

아파트 공사가 시작될 때부터 지역 주민들이 후지산 전망을 가린다며 시에 민원을 제기했고,룰렛 추첨 프로그램건설사가 주민 설명회까지 열어 설득해 봤지만,룰렛 추첨 프로그램주민들이 뜻을 굽히지 않자 지난 4일 아파트를 철거하겠다고 신고했습니다.

"철거까지 해서 좋다고는 말할 수 없지만,경관 때문이라고 한다면 과감한 결단이었다고 생각합니다."

해당 아파트는 한 채에 7천만 엔에서 8천만 엔에 분양됐는데,날벼락을 맞은 입주 예정자들에겐 건설사가 현금으로 보상에 나설 방침입니다.

일본에서 신뢰도가 높은 편인 건설사 측은 재검토 타이밍이 매우 늦었지만 후지산 전망은 지역의 자산이며 건설사로서 오명을 남기고 싶지 않았다고 밝혔습니다.

일본 언론들은 이번 철거 결정으로 건설사가 우리돈 100억 원이 넘는 손해를 입을 것으로 전망하면서도,룰렛 추첨 프로그램무분별한 부동산 개발에 경종을 울릴 수 있는 사례라고 평가했습니다.
