국내 1위의 온라인 유통업체 쿠팡이 자체브랜드 상품을 검색 순위 상단에 오르도록 조작했다는 혐의로 1400억 원 대 과징금을 물게 됐습니다.공정위가 유통업체에 매긴 역대 최대 금액인데,드라마 카지노 여자쿠팡은 시대착오적인 처벌이라며 행정소송을 예고했습니다.

쿠팡에 입점한 한 업체 대표.쿠팡이 자체브랜드,드라마 카지노 여자PB상품을 팔면서부터 한 개도 팔지 못하는 제품이 생길 정도로 매출이 확 꺾였다고 털어놨습니다.

"영세한 업체들은 끽 소리도 못 내고 그냥 죽습니다.산나물,드라마 카지노 여자방풍나물 200g에 2000원에 파는 거,드라마 카지노 여자쿠팡이 1980원 (파니까) 다 죽는 겁니다."

쿠팡의 PB상품 우대 의혹을 조사해 온 공정위는 쿠팡이 2019년부터 4년간 검색 순위와 후기를 조작했다고 결론 내렸습니다.

판매량과 구매후기 수를 기준으로 검색 순위가 결정되는데,드라마 카지노 여자마지막 단계에 PB상품을 상단에 노출시켜 소비자가 사도록 했다는 겁니다.

이렇게 조작한 제품만 6만 4000여 개.직원 2000명을 동원해 7만 개 넘는 후기도 달게 했다는 게 공정위 판단입니다.

실제 출시 초기에 검색 순위가 100위권 밖이었던 쿠팡의 생수 PB제품입니다.그런데 순위를 조작하자 검색 1위로 올라섰습니다.

공정위는 쿠팡에 과징금 1400억 원을 부과하고,드라마 카지노 여자회사를 검찰에 고발했습니다.

"21만 개 입점업체의 약 4억 개 이상의 중개상품보다 대부분은 자기 상품만을 위주로 검색순위 상위에 올리는 위계(거짓) 행위를 하였습니다."

쿠팡 측은 강하게 반발했습니다.전 세계에서 유례가 없는 '상품 진열'을 문제 삼아 과도한 과징금을 부과했다는 겁니다.

이와 함께 PB상품 추천을 금지한다면 25조 원의 투자도 중단될 수 있다며 행정 소송을 통해 부당함을 다투겠다고 밝혔습니다.
