(서울=뉴스1) 배지윤 기자 = 현대모비스(012330)는 대학생과 취업준비생들이 실제 비즈니스에 적용 가능한 CSV(기업의 사회적 가치) 아이디어를 제안하는 '2024 임팩트 아이디어 챌린지'를 개최했다고 14일 밝혔다.

500명이 넘는 지원자 중 최종 선발된 61명·12개 팀은 지난달 오리엔테이션을 시작으로 약 3주 동안 프로젝트를 진행했다.각 조마다 현업 멘토들이 배정돼 아이디어 구체화를 도왔고 외부 전문가도 초청해 고도화된 결과 산출을 목표로 했다.

최종 심사 결과 차량 침수 시 감지센서를 활용해 위치를 공유하고 탑승자가 탈출할 수 있도록 돕는 시스템을 제안한 팀이 대상을 받았다.그 밖에 버스정류장 주변에 LED와 QR코드로 보행자의 야간 시인성을 높이는 기술 등이 우수상을 받았다.

한편 우수팀들에게는 약 1000만 원의 상금이 수여되며 상위 2개 팀에는 최대 500만 원씩을 별도로 지원해 아이디어를 실제 사업으로 구현해볼 수 있는 기회도 제공한다.
