(세종=뉴스1) 이철 기자 = 지난해 법인세 신고법인이 처음으로 100만개를 넘어섰다.다만 경기 악화로 인해 기업들이 내는 법인세 총부담세액은 6조 원가량 줄었다.

국세청은 지난해 법인세를 신고한 법인이 103만 1000개를 기록해 전년(98만 2000개) 대비 4만 9000개 증가했다고 24일 밝혔다.

법인세 신고법인은 △2019년(78만 7000개) △2020년(83만 8000개) △2021년(90만 6000개) △2022년(98만 200개) △2023년(103만 1000개) 등 계속 증가하는 추세다.

법인 수 증가세와 달리 지난해 법인세 총부담세액은 81조 6000억 원을 기록해 전년(87조 8000억 원) 대비 6조 2000억 원 감소했다.

지난해 법인세 세액 감소는 기업들의 실적 부진이 원인으로 꼽힌다.법인세는 전년도 기업실적을 바탕으로 걷히기 때문에 2022년 실적이 부진한 결과라고 볼 수 있다.

국세청 관계자는 "2022년 신고분은 2021년 코로나19 국면에도 불구하고 기업 실적이 좋았던 것이 반영됐다"며 "반대로 지난해 신고분의 경우 2022년 기업 실적이 전년 대비 부진한 것이 주요 원인"이라고 설명했다.

법인세 총부담세액은 2020년 53조 6000억 원을 기록한 후 2022년(87조 8000억 원)까지 2년 연속 늘어났다가 지난해 다시 줄어들었다.

지난해 법인세 신고 법인 중 흑자 신고법인은 65만 2000개(63.2%),마닐라 리조트월드 카지노적자 신고법인은 37만9000개(36.8%)로 나타났다.

지난 2022년과 비교하면 흑자 신고법인은 3만 7000개(6.0%),마닐라 리조트월드 카지노적자 신고법인은 1만 2000개(3.2%) 증가했다.

지난해 법인세 신고 현황을 업태별로 살펴보면,마닐라 리조트월드 카지노총부담세액(81조 6000억 원) 중 제조업의 총부담세액이 32조 2000억 원(39.5%)으로 가장 큰 비중을 차지했다.

다음으로는 금융·보험업이 16조 3000억 원(20.0%),마닐라 리조트월드 카지노서비스업이 7조 8000억 원(9.6%) 순으로 조사됐다.
