[앵커]

김건희 여사의 고가 가방 수수 의혹과 관련해 최재영 목사와 대통령실 관계자 사이 통화 녹취가 공개됐습니다.

최 목사는 앞서 청탁 목적으로 대통령실 관계자와 전화 통화를 했다고 밝혔는데,어떤 대화가 오갔는지 김영훈 기자가 자세히 전합니다.

[리포트]

지난해 7월,지라김건희 여사에게 자신이 부사장으로 있던 통일TV 송출 재개를 요청했던 최재영 목사.

이후 대통령실 조모 행정관과 통화합니다.

[최재영 목사·조 모 행정관/음성변조 : "유일한 목적은 다시 예전처럼 그냥 방송이 재개되고 그거 딱 하나인 거죠.(제가 방송될 수 있게끔 할 수 있는 권한은 전혀 없고…)."]

조 행정관은 일반적 절차만 알려줄 수 있다며 최 목사의 요청을 에둘러 거절합니다.

[최재영 목사·조 모 행정관/음성변조 : "(과거에 정부들이 그렇게 했다고 한들 지금은 그렇게 할 수가 있는 시기가 아니에요.) 예…."]

이 대화 내용은 최 목사가 청탁의 증거라며 지난 5월 검찰에 제출한 통화 녹음파일엔 없었습니다.

최 목사는 김창준 전 미하원 의원의 국립묘지 안장도 청탁했다고 주장했는데 검찰은 이와 관련해 대통령실 유모 행정관과 조 행정관이 나눈 메신저 대화도 확보했습니다.

유 행정관은 '국립묘지 안장 청탁'이 담긴 최 목사의 메시지를 그대로 조 행정관에게 전하며 "여사님에게는 아직 말씀 안 드렸으니 검토해주시면 좋겠다"고 적었습니다.

그러면서 "알아보고 여사님께 말씀드리는 게 나을 것 같다"는 뜻도 전합니다.

유 행정관은 지난 3일 검찰 조사에서 김 여사에게 관련 내용을 보고하지 않았다고 진술한 것으로 전해졌습니다.

이에 대해 최 목사 측은 "김 여사에게 고가 가방을 건네면서 국립묘지 안장 민원을 직접 말했다는 건 혼동이었다"면서도 "비서들이 보고도 하지 않았다는 건 상식적으로 말이 안 되는 일"이라고 반박했습니다.
