(서울-연합뉴스) 나확진 기자 = 과학기술정보통신부는 19일 글로벌 연구개발(R&D) 관련 부처 담당 국장과 연구관리 전문기관 관계자,사쿠라이 쇼 토토로현장 연구자 등이 참여한 '글로벌 R&D 협의체'를 출범하고 1차 회의를 서울 종로구 국가과학기술자문회의 대회의실에서 열었다고 밝혔다.

협의체에는 과기정통부,산업통상자원부,보건복지부,사쿠라이 쇼 토토로교육부,해양수산부,국토교통부 등 6개 부처가 참여한다.

협의체는 글로벌 R&D 집행·성과의 체계적 관리와 애로사항 논의,사쿠라이 쇼 토토로해결 방안 마련과 정보 공유 창구 역할을 하게 된다고 과기정통부는 설명했다.

임요업 과기정통부 과학기술혁신조정관 주재로 열린 이날 회의에서는 글로벌 R&D 종합관리체계 구축방안,6개 부처 글로벌 R&D 추진현황 등 발표와 토론이 진행됐다.

글로벌 R&D 종합관리체계는 글로벌 R&D 이행과 성과관리,홍보 등을 종합적으로 관리하는 체계로,과기정통부 과학기술혁신본부가 글로벌 R&D 예산 집행 현황을 총괄·관리하며 관련 예산이 차질 없이 집행될 수 있도록 주기적으로 점검해 나갈 예정이다.

또한,실질적 국제공동연구 활성화를 위해 관련 성과지표를 다차원적으로 분석하고 시사점을 도출해 정책 수립에 반영하며,우수 국제공저논문 실적이 있는 연구자에게는 평가 가점을 부여하고 후속 과제 연계 지원도 추진할 계획이라고 과기정통부는 전했다.

글로벌 R&D 관련 지표와 주요 정책,연구 성과 등을 한눈에 확인할 수 있는 온라인 페이지도 개설할 예정이다.
