(창원=뉴스1) 강정태 기자 = 경남도의회 후반기 의장 국민의힘 후보로 최학범 현 제1부의장(김해1)이 선출됐다.

경남도의회 국민의힘 의원단은 18일 후반기 원 구성을 위한 의원 총회를 열어 후반기 의장 후보 선출을 위한 투표를 했다.

투표 결과 최 부의장은 김진부 현 의장(진주5),경기도어린이박물관 식당강용범 현 제2부의장(창원8),경기도어린이박물관 식당이치우 의원(창원16)을 누르고 후반기 의장 후보로 선출됐다.

부의장 경선 투표에서는 제1부의장은 유계현(진주4) 의원,경기도어린이박물관 식당제2부의장은 박인(양산5) 의원이 후보로 뽑혔다.

경남도의회는 전체 의원 64명 중 국민의힘 소속이 60명,경기도어린이박물관 식당더불어민주당 소속이 4명이다.

국민의힘에서 선출된 후보가 후반기 의장단으로 선출될 가능성이 크다.

경남도의회는 26일 제415회 임시회 1차 본회의에서 최종 후반기 의장단을 선출할 예정이다.
