공정위는 평화이엔지의 하도급법 위반 행위에 대해 시정명령과 과징금 3천만원을 부과한다고 오늘(15일) 밝혔습니다.

공정위에 따르면 부품용 금형 및 보조장치 제조 업체인 평화이엔지는 2020년 5월부터 지난해 4월까지 11개 수급 사업자에게 자동차 부품용 금형의 제조를 위탁하면서 총 213건의 거래에 대한 하도급 계약서면을 법정 기한 이후에 발급했습니다.

공정위는 “금형 업계에서 관행적으로 이뤄지는 구두계약 행태를 적발해 제재한 것”이라며 “국가 핵심 뿌리산업인 금형 분야의 불공정 거래행위를 지속 감시하겠다”고 전했습니다.
