또 육아를 위해 매일 2시간씩 일찍 퇴근해도 통상임금의 100%를 지급받을 수 있게 된다.

정부는 30일 이런 내용의 '2024 하반기부터 이렇게 달라집니다' 책자를 발간했다고 밝혔다.

육아기 단축업무 분단지원금은 육아기 근로시간 단축 근로자의 업무를 분담한 동료 근로자에게 금전적 지원을 한 중소기업 사업주를 대상으로 한다.

육아기 근로시간 단축을 30일 이상 허용하고,온라인 카지노 한국업무분담 근로자를 지정해 금전적 지원을 한 경우에 받을 수 있다.육아기 근로시간 단축 근로자 1명당 업무분담자는 최대 5명까지 지정할 수 있다.합산지원한도는 월 최대 20만원이다.

육아기 근로시간 단축급여는 육아를 이유로 근로시간을 단축한 근로자의 소득을 보전하기 위해 고용보험기금에서 급여를 지원하는 제도다.
