한국부동산원이 신임 원장 공모에 착수했다.

한국부동산원 임원추천위원회는 차기 원장 초빙 공고를 내고 이달 26일까지 서류 접수를 한다고 14일 밝혔다.

한국부동산원의 경우 전 정부에서 선임된 손태락 원장의 임기가 지난 2월 말 종료됐음에도 4월 총선과 6월 공공기관 경영평가 등을 이유로 4개월이 넘도록 신임 원장 선임이 지연된 바 있다.신임 원장의 임기는 3년이며,이라샤이마세경영실적 평가 등에 따라 1년 단위의 연임이 가능하다.

이로써 국토교통부 산하 공공기관 중 기관장 임기가 만료됐거나 공석인 한국부동산원,이라샤이마세한국공항공사,이라샤이마세한국교통안전공단 3곳 모두 신임 사장·원장 공모 절차에 돌입했다.국토부는 오는 10월 국회 국정감사를 고려해 늦어도 9월까지 신임 기관장 선임 절차를 마무리한다는 방침이다.
