러시아군 수호이-57 전투기

(이스탄불=연합뉴스) 김동호 특파원 = 우크라이나군이 러시아군의 최신예 전투기 수호이(Su)-57 전투기를 처음으로 공격해 파손시켰다고 9일(현지시간) 주장했다.

우크라이나 국방부 산하 정보총국(GUR)은 이날 성명에서 "침략국의 Su-57 다목적 전투기가 전선에서 589㎞ 떨어진 러시아 아스트라한의 비행장에서 공격당했다"고 밝혔다.

그러면서 "Su-57은 러시아의 가장 현대적인 전투기로,하키 분석글Kh-59와 Kh-69 미사일을 탑재할 수 있다"며 "이 비행기가 손상된 것은 역사상 처음"이라고 강조했다.

그러나 공격 수단과 경위 등은 구체적으로 공개하지 않았다.

아스트라한은 러시아 서남부 카스피해 연안에 있으며 러시아가 점령 중인 크림반도에서도 상당히 떨어진 본토 지역이다.

GUR은 Su-57 피격의 근거로 두 장의 위성사진을 공개했다.지난 7일 촬영됐다는 이미지에는 Su-57이 온전한 상태로 비행장에 대기 중이었지만 이튿날 사진에는 같은 지점에 검게 그을린 흔적이 보인다.

Su-57은 스텔스 성능을 갖추고 뛰어난 기동성을 보이는 5세대 전투기로 분류된다.미국의 F-22,하키 분석글F-35 등도 5세대 전투기다.

로이터 통신은 이날 러시아 국영 리아노보스티 통신 소속 언론인 알렉산드르 카르첸코가 소셜미디어에 "군용 항공기를 보호할 격납고가 부족하다"는 메시지를 게재한 것이 이번 일과 관련있을 수 있다고 보도했다.
