살인 혐의 60대 A씨 1심서 징역 10년

술에 취해 지인을 흉기로 휘둘러 살해한 60대 남성이 중형을 선고받았다.

춘천지법 제2형사부(김성래 부장판사)는 살인 혐의로 기소된 A씨(65)씨에게 징역 10년을 선고했다고 4일 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난 3월25일 낮 12시30분께 홍천군 화촌면의 한 주택에서 B(63)씨와 술을 마시던 중 공공근로 관련 얘기로 다투게 된 이후 B씨가 자신을 넘어뜨린 뒤 흉기를 들자 이를 빼앗아 살해한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다.

당시 A씨는 인근 여관방에서 머물다 범행 4시간 만에 “술을 먹고 사람을 죽였다”고 스스로 112에 신고했다.

재판부는 “사람의 생명을 침해하는 행위는 엄하게 처벌할 필요가 있다”며 “피해자의 유족과 합의되지 않은 점,2024년4월7일 AS 로마 SS 라치오범행 직후 자수한 점,2024년4월7일 AS 로마 SS 라치오폭력범죄로 가벼운 처벌을 받은 전력이 있는 점 등을 고려해 형을 정했다”고 판시했다.
