"공공기관이 자체 감사를 목적으로 직원의 출입 기록을 이용할 수 있나요?"

개인정보보호위원회는 이처럼 일상생활에서 맞닥뜨릴 수 있는 개인정보와 관련한 궁금증을 알기 쉽게 정리한 '개인정보보호법 해석 사례집'을 30일 공개했다.

사례집에 따르면 회원가입에 필요한 개인정보를 수집하는 것은 정보주체의 요청에 따른 회원가입 이용계약을 맺기 위한 것이기 때문에 정보주체의 동의 없이도 이를 확보할 수 있다.

공공기관이 감사를 위해 직원의 출입 기록을 이용하는 일도 가능하다고 명시했다.

다만 이럴 경우 정보주체나 제삼자의 이익을 부당하게 침해해서는 안 되며,토토24 토토필요한 만큼의 기록을 최소한으로 이용해야 한다고 당부했다.

사례집은 지난해 9월 전면 개정된 개인정보보호법과 관련한 내용을 담아 법령 해석에 대한 혼선을 줄이기 위해 마련됐다.

또한 기존 사례집에 실린 내용 가운데 시의성이 높은 사례 52건을 선별해 ▲ 개인정보 정의 ▲ 영상정보 ▲ 가명정보 ▲ 공공서비스 ▲ 민간사업자 ▲ 인사· 노무 ▲ 학교 등 7개 분야로 나눠 정리했다.
