올해 상반기 지식재산권을 침해해 세관 당국에 적발된 소위 '짝퉁' 수입품 중 다수는 중국산이었다.

소위 '짝퉁' 수입품 중에서는 샤넬 브랜드를 모방한 물품의 금액이 가장 많았다.

15일 국회 기획재정위원회 소속 국민의힘 박성훈 의원이 관세청에서 받은 자료에 따르면 올해 들어 6월까지 지식재산권을 침해해 국경 단계에서 적발된 수입품 규모는 934억원(34건)이었다.

특히 중국산 짝퉁이 다수인 현상이 지속되고 있다.

수입국별로 보면 중국이 781억원(24건) 규모로 전체의 83.6%로 나타났다.지난해에도 적발된 지재권 침해 물품(3713억원)의 95.4%(3541억원)가 중국산이었다.

브랜드별로 보면 올해 상반기 짝퉁 물품 중 절반 이상이 샤넬(487억원,카지노 드라마 결말52.1%)이었다.다음은 고야드(75억원),카지노 드라마 결말루이뷔통(41억원),카지노 드라마 결말구찌(20억원) 순이었다.

품목별로는 가방류가 653억원어치로 69.9%를 차지했다.그 다음은 의류·직물로 196억원어치(21.0%)에 달했다.

박성훈 의원은 "해외직구 증가와 함께 지식재산권을 침해한 중국산 짝퉁 제품의 불법 유통까지 늘고 있는 추세"라며 "이를 진품으로 오인해 구입하는 소비자의 피해와 국내외 기업의 경제적 피해를 방지하기 위해서라도 국경단계부터 더 촘촘한 단속망을 구축해야 한다"고 말했다.
