[연합뉴스] 삼성전자가 올 2분기 10조원이 넘는 영업이익을 내며 '어닝 서프라이즈'에 성공했다.

5일 삼성전자는 올해 2분기 연결 기준 영업이익이 10조4000억원으로 전년 동기 대비 1452.24% 증가했다고 공시했다.매출은 74조원으로 전년 동기 대비 23.31% 늘었다.삼성전자 분기 영업이익이 10조원을 넘은 것은 2022년 3분기(10조8520억원) 이후 7개 분기 만이다.지난해 연간 영업이익(6조5700억원)도 뛰어넘었다.

인공지능(AI) 시장 확대에 따른 메모리 반도체 수요 회복과 가격 상승 등으로 반도체 부문 실적이 개선되며 전체 실적 상승을 이끈 것으로 분석된다.

잠정 실적인 만큼 부문별 실적은 공개하지 않았다.앞서 반도체 사업을 담당하는 디바이스솔루션(DS) 부문은 지난 1분기 영업이익 1조9100억원을 기록하며 2022년 4분기 이후 5분기 만에 흑자 전환에 성공했다.
