대전지검 논산지청은 28일 강간치상,강제추행 치상,슬롯 바닥작업사자명예훼손 등 혐의로 A씨를 구속기소했다고 밝혔다.

A씨는 2021년 11월 17일부터 28일 사이 평소 자신을 '삼촌'이라고 부르며 따르던 피해자(20대)를 여러 차례 성폭행한 혐의를 받는다.

피해자 아버지와 A씨는 지역사회 선후배 사이로 알려졌다.

검찰은 피해자가 성폭행 충격으로 인지능력이 저하된 사실을 확인해 강간 대신 강간치상 혐의를 적용했다.

피해자가 수사 도중 2022년 8월 숨진 채 발견돼 수사에 어려움을 겪기도 했지만 전면 재조사해 피해자 차량 블랙박스 영상,의무기록,슬롯 바닥작업상담 일지 등을 통해 A씨의 범죄사실을 밝혔다.

A씨는 피해자가 숨지자 성폭행 범행을 숨기려고 허위사실을 퍼뜨리는 등 피해자와 피해자의 아버지의 명예를 훼손하는 2차 가해도 저지른 것으로 조사됐다.
