[서울=뉴시스]조수원 기자 = 종합 출판사 주식회사 시공사는 사명과 CI를 변경하고 조직개편을 단행했다고 11일 밝혔다.

변경된 사명 'SIGONGSA'는 새로운 비전과 가치,무료 인기 게임도전 정신을 반영해 글로벌 콘텐츠 기업으로 성장하고자 하는 포부가 담겼다.CI는 기존 사명인 시공사의 한글 자음을 활용해 '책으로 사람과 사람,무료 인기 게임시간과 공간을 연결한다'는 의미로 디자인됐다.

아울러 디지털전략본부를 신규 출범하고 전문가를 영입했다.언론인 출신인 김하나 본부장은 리빙&디자인 매거진 '까사리빙'와 럭셔리 시계 매거진 '크로노스'를 비롯해 SIGONGSA가 수십 년간 보유하고 있는 콘텐츠들을 디지털 전환에 나설 예정이다.

또한 디지털전략본부 산하에 디지털 플랫폼팀을 신설해 AI(인공지능)를 활용해 독자들에게 맞춤형 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 전략을 선보일 계획이다.

조윤성 SIGONGSA 대표는 "새로운 사명과 함께 디지털 전환을 앞당김으로써 독자들에게 한 발 더 다가갈 수 있는 글로벌 콘텐츠 회사가 되겠다"고 밝혔다.
