수원지방법원은 오늘(24일) 전세사기 혐의로 기소된 임대인 박 모 씨 부부에게 징역 12년과 징역 6년을 각각 선고했습니다.

또 범행에 가담한 공인중개사 이 모 씨 부부에게는 각각 징역 7년과 징역 12년을 선고했습니다.

재판부는 투기꾼의 행태로서,나모나키 메이슈건전한 상식을 가진 보통 사람의 행위라 볼 수 없다며 엄벌할 필요가 있다고 강조했습니다.

박 씨 부부는 지난 2020년부터 지난해 초까지 동탄신도시에 오피스텔 268채를 사들인 뒤,나모나키 메이슈전세 계약을 맺은 임차인들에게 보증금 170억 원을 돌려주지 않은 혐의로 구속기소 됐습니다.

이 씨 부부는 박 씨 부부의 범행에 가담한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.
