(서울=연합뉴스) 이민영 기자 = SK증권은 16일 CJ에 대해 자회사 올리브영의 실적 호조가 온전히 주가에 반영될 것이라고 전망했다.

그러면서 CJ의 투자의견 '매수'와 목표주가 14만원을 유지했다.직전 거래일(14일) 종가는 전장 대비 0.95% 상승한 11만6천800원이다.

최관순 연구원은 "2분기 CJ의 영업이익은 6천664억원으로 컨센서스(시장 평균 전망치·5천865억원)를 상회했다"며 "CJ CGV,토토사이크CJ ENM 등 주요 상장 자회사 영업이익이 개선되고 CJ올리브영 등 비상장 자회사의 실적이 호조를 보인 영향"이라고 짚었다.

구체적으로 "특히 CJ올리브영의 2분기 순이익은 1천249억원으로 분기 사상 최대 순이익을 기록했다"며 "오프라인 점포 증가 및 점포당 매출 증가세가 이어졌고,토토사이크온라인 매출도 견조하게 유지됐다"고 분석했다.

이어 "올리브영은 하반기에도 오프라인 외국인 관광객 증가와 편의성을 강화한 온라인 매출 확대가 유효하고,토토사이크지난 5월 일본 법인을 신설함에 따라 기존의 성장세가 유지될 가능성이 높다"며 "단기간에 CJ와의 합병이나 상장 가능성은 작다고 판단하기에 당분간 올리브영 기업가치 상승분은 온전히 CJ 주가 상승으로 이어질 것"이라고 내다봤다.

최 연구원은 "상장 자회사의 점진적인 실적 개선세가 이어지고 있는 가운데 올리브영의 기업가치가 본격적으로 부각될 시기"라며 "현재 실적을 고려한다면 충분히 추가 목표주가 상향 여지가 존재한다"고 밝혔다.

그러면서 올해 CJ의 연간 영업이익은 2조4천560억원으로 지난해(2조390억원) 대비 20% 증가할 것이라고 전망했다.
