부산의 한 한방병원에서 의사 대신 간호사가 허위 처방전을 써서 가짜 환자들을 치료하다 적발됐습니다.보험금을 노린 건데,토모리 등번호고주파 의료기에 환자 대신 베개를 넣어 치료비를 부풀리기까지 했습니다.

병원복을 입은 여성 환자가 도수 치료실에 들어옵니다.

그런데 남자가 치료를 받으러 갑니다.전신 마사지도 남자가 받습니다.여성 환자의 남편입니다.

이 한방병원은 환자 가족에게까지 서비스 차원에서 대체처방 한 것으로 경찰 수사 결과 드러났습니다.

서비스 대상은 건강보험 적용이 안 돼 실손보험금이 나오는 고주파 치료를 많이 한 환자입니다.

병원은 1회에 30만 원인 고주파 의료기에 환자 대신 베개를 넣어 치료비를 부풀리기도 했습니다.

"고주파 치료 이런 것을 결제를 한 다음에 그 금액만큼 치료 기간 중이나 퇴원한 이후에 공진단이나 이런 걸 택배로 받거나."

500만 원의 병원비를 쓰면 10%를 현금으로 돌려준다며 브로커 2명을 통해 환자들을 유치했습니다.

3년간 허위나 불필요한 치료를 받은 환자 96명은 9억 6천만 원의 실손보험금을 챙겼습니다.

보험사기는 50대 한방병원장과 60대 간호사가 공모했습니다.

한방의사인 병원장은 치매를 앓는 70대 양의사를 채용하고는 실제 진료나 처방은 간호사에게 맡겼습니다.

병원장은 의약품 공급업자로부터 1억 원의 리베이트도 챙겼습니다.

병원 관계자
"{병원은 운영을 하는 겁니까?} 아니요 {언제부터 안 하나요?} 원장님 들어가시고 다 안 합니다."

경찰은 병원장과 간호사 등 2명을 구속해 검찰에 넘겼고 브로커와 가짜 환자 등 101명은 불구속 송치했습니다.
