[헤럴드경제=유동현 기자] 올 상반기 주식 발행사가 줄었음에도 주식 발행수량은 도리어 증가한 것으로 집계됐다.유상증자 규모는 전년 대비 4%가량 줄었다.

12일 한국예탁결제원에 따르면 상반기 예탁원을 통해 주식을 발행한 회사는 856개사다.전년(925개사) 대비 7.5% 감소했다.상반기 발행 금액은 약 10조2000억원으로 전년(약 10조3000억) 대비 0.9% 줄었다.반면 올 발행주식 수는 약 97억1000만주로 전년(약 80억2000만주) 대비 21% 늘었다.

올 상반기 주식을 신규 또는 추가로 전자등록한 회사는 총 856개사다.이중 코스닥 상장법인은 525개사로 61.3%를 차지했다.

코스닥 상장법인이 발행한 주식수량은 약 63억3000만주로 전체 65.2%를 차지했다.비상장법인은 약 20억3000만주로 20.9%를 기록했다.코스닥 상장법인은 전년(약 28억3000만주) 대비 123.6% 증가했지만 비상장법인은 전년(약25억주) 대비 18.9% 감소했다.

유가증권 상장법인이 발행한 금액은 약 4조원으로 집계됐다.전년 동기 대비 14.4% 감소했다.코스닥 상장법인은 약 4조8000억원으로 전년 동기 대비 23.3% 증가했다.

발행 사유로는 유상증자가 가장 큰 비중(약 32억9000만주·33.9%)을 차지했다.액면 변경(약 18억4000만주·19.0%)이 다음을 차지했다.

발행회사가 유상증자로 자본시장에서 조달한 자금규모는 약 7조7000억원이다.전년동기(약 8조1000억원) 대비 4.8% 줄었다.
