오늘(15일) ICT업계에 따르면 카카오는 카카오톡 운영정책을 개정하고 금융 피해 차단 등 이용자 보호를 위해 '불법 리딩방' 행위에 대한 정책을 강화한다고 공지했습니다.

지난 1월 국회 본회의를 통과한 자본시장법 일부 개정안이 다음 달 14일,가상자산이용자보호법 시행령 제정안이 오는 19일부터 시행되면서 카카오 역시 이에 발맞춰 나가는 것으로 풀이됩니다.

다음 달 14일 시행되는 개정 카카오톡 운영정책에는 주식 리딩방 운영과 홍보 행위 금지 등 조항이 신설되고 불법스팸 대량 발송에 대한 제재 정책 강화 조항 등이 포함됐습니다.

카카오는 '불법 또는 규제 상품·서비스 관련 콘텐츠' 정책 카테고리에 '유사투자자문 등'이라는 하위 범주를 신설했습니다.

특히,2020 메르세데스-벤츠 C클래스 카브리올레 C 200 중고시세유사투자자문을 위해 유·무료 그룹채팅방('단톡방')을 생성하거나 운영하는 행위 자체를 금지했습니다.
