금융위원회는 금융소비자보호법(금소법) 시행령 및 금융소비자보호 감독규정 개정안에 대한 입법예고·규정변경예고를 실시한다고 11일 밝혔다.

또 청약철회권 적용 대상에서 제외하고,제레미 도쿠자산총액 5조원 미만의 소액후불결제업무 겸영 전금업자는 금융소비자 보호 내부통제 위원회 설치 등 의무대상에서 제외하는 등 신용카드 및 여신전문금융업자와 규제 수준을 동일하게 맞추었다.
