(서울=연합뉴스) 김병규 기자 = 의료기관에서 일하는 보건의료노동자 4명 중 3명은 주 4일제 근무를 도입해야 한다고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다.

전국보건의료산업노동조합(보건의료노조)은 조합원 4만760명을 대상으로 실시한 '2024년 보건의료노동자 정기 실태조사' 결과를 3일 발표했다.조사 기간은 지난 1월 29일부터 한 달간으로 전공의 이탈(2월 19일 시작) 기간이 일부 포함됐다.

조사 결과 응답자의 75.6%는 주4일제가 필요하다고 답했는데,이런 응답률은 간호직에서 80.4%로 특히 높았다.

최근 5년간 이직을 생각해본 적이 있다는 응답(이직 희망률)은 64.6%나 됐다.이직을 고려한 이유(복수 응답)로는 '열악한 근무조건 및 노동강도'(1순위 39.2%),'낮은 임금 수준'(1순위 29.3%)을 많이 꼽았다.

최근 1년 동안 폭언,폭행,성폭력 중 하나 이상 경험한 비율은 60.9%였다.폭언(60.3%),폭행(13.3%),성폭력(8.6%) 순으로 많았다.폭언의 가해자는 의사(16.0%)인 경우가 환자(41.3%),보호자(27.8%) 다음으로 많았다.

최근 3년 내 임신,출산한 경험을 가진 여성 응답자(5천795명)에게 동료,선후배,메이저 바카라 사이트 세콤상사의 눈치를 보지 않고 원하는 시기에 자유롭게 임신을 결정했는지 물었더니 4명 중 1명꼴인 25.4%가 그렇지 않았다고 답했다.
