7월 1일부터 서울시가 운영하는 온라인 교육 콘텐츠 플랫폼 '서울런'을 이용할 수 있는 대상이 크게 늘어난다.서울시는 소득기준을 조정하고,아르헨티나 월드컵 진출국가보훈대상자와 북한이탈주민 자녀들도 해당 프로그램을 들을 수 있도록 가입 기준을 완화했다.

서울시는 30일 "1일부터 서울런에 가입할 수 있는 소득 기준을 중위소득 50% 이하에서 60% 이하로 완화하고,아르헨티나 월드컵 진출국가보훈 대상자와 북한이탈주민 자녀도 대상에 포함시킨다"고 밝혔다.이에 따라 현재 '서울런' 수강 대상자는 10만명에서 12만명으로 늘어나게 된다.4인 가구 기준 월 소득이 344만원 이하 가구까지 서울런 혜택을 받을 수 있다.

서울런은 2021년 8월 오세훈 시장이 발표한 교육복지사업이다.사교육을 받기 어려운 취약계층에 온라인 강의 콘텐츠와 1대1 멘토링 서비스를 제공한다.학생들은 엘리하이,밀크티,메가스터디,아르헨티나 월드컵 진출이투스 등 사교육 업체의 온라인 콘텐츠와 EBS 강의,자격증·어학 강의 등을 무료로 수강할 수 있다.서울시는 장기적으로는 서울런 사업 지원대상 소득기준을 85% 이하까지 확대할 계획이다.
