(대전=연합뉴스) 양영석 기자 = 졸피뎀을 먹인 고객이 잠든 사이 집 안에 있던 1천만원 상당의 샤넬 시계를 훔친 40대 피부 관리사가 징역형의 집행유예를 선고받았다.

17일 법조계에 따르면 대전지법 11형사부는 강도 혐의로 기소된 40대 피부관리사 A씨에게 징역 2년에 집행유예 3년을 선고했다.

A씨는 지난 3월 18일 오후 3시께 평소 알고 지내는 피해자 B씨의 요청을 받고 대전 서구 갈마동 B씨 자택으로 출장 시술을 나갔다.

시술에 앞서 A씨는 졸피뎀 10g을 탄 음료수를 B씨에게 마시도록 했다.

B씨가 잠든 것을 본 A씨는 집 안에 있던 1천만원 상당의 샤넬 시계 2개를 훔쳐 달아났다.

재판부는 "죄질이 나쁘고 과거에 사기죄 등으로 벌금형을 5차례 받은 전력이 있다"며 "피고인이 시계를 반환하고 합의금 1천만원을 지급한 점 등을 고려해 판단했다"고 밝혔다.
