오늘 전남 여수에서는 한 식당에 승용차가 돌진하는 사고가 났습니다.

손님은 없었지만,식당 주인이 다쳤는데요.

60대 후반 운전자는 급발진을 주장하고 있습니다.

김단비 기자가 취재했습니다.

주차장에 정차한 검은색 승용차.

조수석에서 한 여성이 내리더니 운전석으로 옮겨탑니다.

이후 차량이 살짝 뒤로 움직이더니 그대로 달려 앞에 있던 식당을 뚫고 들어갑니다.

[목격자]
"박으면서 소리가 제일 크게 들렸어요.엄청 놀랬죠."

오늘 오후 2시 15분쯤,2024년1월10일 미들즈브러 FC 첼시 FC60대 후반 운전자가 몰던 승용차가 전남 여수의 한 식당을 들이받았습니다.

식당에 손님은 없었지만 70대 식당 주인이 머리와 팔 등을 다쳐 병원으로 옮겨졌습니다.

차량이 가게 안으로 돌진하면서 유리 파편이 사방으로 튀었고,2024년1월10일 미들즈브러 FC 첼시 FC내부는 아수라장이 됐습니다.

"이쪽에 앉아 계셨거든요.앉아 계시다가 차가 이렇게 들어오니까.머리가 찢어지고,2024년1월10일 미들즈브러 FC 첼시 FC팔도 찢어지고,2024년1월10일 미들즈브러 FC 첼시 FC무릎도 다치고."

운전자는 주차장에서 차를 빼던 중 갑자기 급발진했다고 경찰에 진술했습니다.

[운전자 (음성변조)]
"브레이크 풀고 엑셀을 밟으려는 찰나에 차가 자기 마음대로 그냥 돌진하더라고요."

경찰은 조사 결과 음주 운전은 아닌 것으로 확인됐다며,도로에 타이어 자국이 없는 점 등으로 미뤄 운전 미숙 가능성을 두고 정확한 사고 경위를 조사 중입니다.
