파주시에 도입되는 위블 비즈 차량은 니로EV 10대다.평일 업무 시간에는 파주시청 공무원들이 업무용으로 사용하고 야간 및 주말에는 지역 주민과 지자체 소속 공무원이 비용을 지불하고 사용할 수 있는 공유 차량이다.

위블 비즈는 기업이나 기관이 정해진 업무 시간 전기차를 구독해 평일에는 업무용으로 사용하고,그외 시간에는 개인이 출퇴근 혹은 주말 레저용으로 차량을 이용하는 방식이다.경제적이고 편리하게 전기차를 이용할 수 있어 경기도 광명시와 화성시,경상남도 등 다양한 지자체에서 활용 중이다.

기아는 파주시 위블 비즈 신규 운영으로 전기차 보급이 확대되며 탄소 배출저감에 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.아울러 자가용 운행 감소와 주차 공간 최적화에도 도움이 될 것으로 보고 있다.중장기적으로 위블 비즈를 전국 단위로 확대하는 것이 기아의 목표다.
