(대구=연합뉴스) 김용민 기자 = 대구 성서경찰서는 술에 취해 아파트 복도에서 주민과 경찰관에게 야구방망이를 휘두르는 시늉을 하며 위협한 혐의(특수공무집행방해 등)로 20대 남성 A씨를 불구속 입건한 뒤 사건을 검찰에 넘겼다고 13일 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난 4월 13일 낮 1시께 대구 달서구 자신이 사는 아파트 복도에서 이웃 주민에게 야구방망이를 휘두르는 시늉을 하며 위협한 혐의를 받는다.

그는 복도에 있는 방화 설비를 일부 파손한 혐의도 받는다.

A씨는 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰관들에게도 방망이를 휘두르는 시늉을 하다가 제압당했다.

경찰 조사에서 그는 "술에 취해서 어떤 행동을 했는지 기억이 나지 않는다"고 진술했다.
