(울산=연합뉴스) 김근주 기자 = 현대자동차 노사가 기본급 11만2천원 인상 등 내용을 담은 올해 임금협상 잠정합의안을 8일 마련했다.

노사는 이날 울산공장에서 열린 12차 교섭에서 잠정합의안을 도출했다고 밝혔다.

잠정합의안은 기본급 4.65% 인상(11만2천원,호봉승급분 포함),2023년 경영성과금 400%+1천만원,번리 대 선덜랜드2년 연속 최대 경영실적 달성 기념 별도 격려금 100%+280만원 지급,재래시장상품권 20만원,번리 대 선덜랜드임금교섭 타결 관련 별도 합의 주식 5주 지급 등을 담았다.

이와 별개로 '글로벌 누적판매 1억대 달성'이 예상되는 9월께 품질향상 격려금 500만원과 주식20주를 지급하기로 했다.

잠정합의안이 나오면서 노조가 10일과 11일 예고했던 부분 파업은 유보됐다.

이 잠정합의안이 12일 전체 조합원 찬반투표를 통과하면 현대차 올해 임협은 완전히 마무리된다.
