[광주=뉴시스]이창우 기자 = 광주은행이 인터넷전문은행 토스뱅크와 손잡고 '비대면 혁신금융 대출 서비스'를 선보인다.

광주은행은 토스뱅크와 지난해부터 준비해 온 공동대출 서비스 상품이 전날 금융위원회 정례회의에서 '혁신금융서비스'로 신규 지정됐다고 27일 밝혔다.

추진 중인 공동대출은 토스뱅크 앱에서 한 번에 대출 실행이 가능한 개인 신용대출 서비스다.

소비자가 토스뱅크 앱에서 대출을 신청하면 양 은행이 각각 대출 심사를 한 뒤 함께 대출한도와 금리를 결정하게 된다.대출한도는 50대 50 비율로 공동으로 제공할 예정이다.

상품이 출시되면 광주은행은 지역 영업망에 머물지 않고 토스뱅크의 플랫폼을 기반으로 영업망을 전국으로 확대할 수 있고 양질의 대출 포트폴리오까지 확보하는 일석이조의 효과를 거둘 것으로 기대된다.

파트너사인 토스뱅크도 광주은행의 안정적인 대출 공급 여력에 힘입어 영업·성장 기반을 확대함으로써 양 기업 모두 '윈윈(win-win)' 하는 성과를 낼 것으로 전망된다.

이번 공동대출 상품 추진은 국내 금융업계 최초의 은행 간 대출업무 위수탁 사례로 주목받고 있다.

특히 시중은행 중심의 과점적 구조에 변화를 가져다줄 뿐 아니라 은행권 전반에 온·오프라인 경쟁 경계가 흐려지는 '빅블러(Big Blur)' 현상을 가속화 할 것이라는 분석이다.

박대하 광주은행 디지털기획부장은 "하반기 내에 공동대출 서비스를 선보일 수 있도록 준비에 더욱 박차를 가하고 토스뱅크와의 협업을 계기로 디지털 플랫폼 강화와 지속 가능한 혁신적인 금융서비스 제공에 최선을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
