미국과 프랑스 등 이른바 '비우호국'의 외신까지 초청한 건 우크라이나 전쟁 시작 후 처음입니다.

중국과의 협력에 대해서는 "국제무대에서 억제력이자 안정의 요소"라고 평가했습니다.
