영상에는 지난해 6월 서울의 한 일방통행 도로에서 접촉 사고를 내고 조치 없이 떠나는 한 차량의 모습이 공개됐다.

운전자 A씨는 일방통행 도로에서 역주행하다 마주 오는 차량을 보자 잠시 멈춰서더니 이내 주저 없이 인도로 오르기 시작했다.

그러나 그 과정에서 A씨는 정면 차량과 접촉 사고를 냈다.이에 반대편 차주가 창문 밖으로 손을 내밀고 그를 불렀으나 A씨는 꽤 오랜 시간 동안 미동 없이 멈춰있더니 갑자기 사이드미러를 접고 도주했다.

그는 잠시 뒤 또 다른 도로에서도 접촉 사고를 냈고 이번에도 조치 없이 현장을 떠났다.

결국 그는 사고 후 미조치 및 음주 운전 의심 신고를 받고 출동한 경찰에 의해 현장에서 체포됐다.검거 당시 A씨는 만취한 상태였던 것으로 전해졌다.
