엔씨큐에이 대표이사 후보자는 김진섭 엔씨소프트 QA센터장(상무)이다.김진섭 후보자는 2003년 엔씨소프트에 입사한 후 20년간 QA(Quality Assurance,2018 러시아 월드컵 미국탈락품질 보증) 업무를 담당한 전문가이다.2018년부터 QA센터를 이끌고 있다.

엔씨아이디에스 대표이사 후보자로 이재진 전 웅진씽크빅 대표를 영입했다.이재진 후보자는 웅진그룹의 IT사업 부문을 SI(System Integration) 회사로 성장시킨 IT산업 전문 경영인이다.이재진 후보자는 삼성물산과 PwC컨설팅을 거쳐 웅진그룹의 CIO(최고투자책임자)를 담당했다.이후 2014년부터 2024년까지 ㈜웅진의 대표이사와 웅진씽크빅의 대표이사를 역임했다.

김진섭 후보자와 이재진 후보자는 주주총회와 이사회를 통해 공식 선임될 예정이다.

전날 엔씨소프는 임시 이사회를 열고 QA(품질 보증) 서비스 사업부문,2018 러시아 월드컵 미국탈락응용 소프트웨어 개발 공급 사업부문 등 2개의 사업부문을 물적 분할하고 2개의 신설회사 설립하기로 결정했다.엔씨소프트 측은 "이번 분할을 통해 사업부문별 신속하고 전문적인 의사결정이 가능한 경영 체제를 확립하고 핵심 경쟁력 강화를 추진한다"라고 밝혔다.

한편 엔씨소프트는 8월 14일 임시 주주총회를 개최해 회사 분할 및 신설회사 설립을 확정한다.엔씨큐에이와 엔씨아이디에스의 출범 기일은 10월 1일이다.
