(서울=연합뉴스) 러시아 남서부 국경지대인 벨고로드주가 우크라이나군의 공격으로 인해 주 차원에서 비상사태를 선포했다고 로이터,동전 던지기를 하다스푸트니크 통신이 14일(현지시간) 보도했습니다.

벨고로드주는 우크라이나군이 공세를 벌이고 있는 러시아 쿠르스크주와 인접한 지역입니다.

보도에 따르면,동전 던지기를 하다뱌체슬라프 글래드코프 벨고로드주 주지사는 이날 텔레그램에 올린 영상을 통해 "벨고로드 지역의 상황은 매우 어렵고 긴장 상태가 계속되고 있다.매일 가해지는 우크라이나군의 포격으로 집이 파괴되고 민간인들은 다치고 사망했다"고 밝혔습니다.

그는 "따라서 우리는 오늘 벨고로드 지역 전체에 지역 비상사태를 선포하기로 결정했다"며 "이후 정부 위원회에 연방 비상사태를 선포해 달라고 요청할 것"이라고 덧붙였습니다.

벨고로드주는 지난 12일 우크라이나군의 공격을 받고 주민 대피를 시작했다고 밝힌 바 있습니다.
