경상남도와 울산·경남지역혁신플랫폼이 NHN과 협약을 맺고 개소한 NHN 아카데미 경남캠퍼스에서 '사물인터넷(IoT)·인공지능(AI) 기반 자바 백엔드 개발자 과정' 2기 연수생을 모집한다.

NHN 아카데미는 NHN이 지역 기반 정보기술 생태계 조성을 위해 청년에게 체계적인 SW 교육을 제공하고자 2022년 김해시에 설립한 정보기술(IT)과 소프트웨어(SW) 전문 인재 양성 교육 기관이다.

이번 교육 과정은 NHN 아카데미가 IoT와 AI 개발자 수요에 대응하기 위해 마련됐다.연수생 60명을 모집해 올해 9월부터 내년 5월까지 10개월 동안 NHN 아카데미 경남캠퍼스에서 NHN 그룹 현직자가 직접 교육을 진행한다.

선발된 연수생들은 리눅스 개발환경 구축과 자바 프로그래밍을 연습하는 기초 과정을 이수하고 IoT와 AI 백엔드 개발에 필요한 프로그래밍 도구와 실무 기술 활용법을 본격적으로 배우게 된다.이후 지능형 IoT 시스템을 직접 개발해 보는 실전형 프로젝트를 진행하며 자기소개서 및 포트폴리오 작성법,경마 장외발매소모의면접 등의 프로그램으로 구성된 취업 특강 등을 끝으로 교육 과정을 이수하게 된다.

교육 종료 후에는 수료생을 대상으로 파트너사 취업을 연계하고 우수한 성적으로 이수한 수료생에게는 NHN 그룹사 채용기회도 제공할 계획이다.

국민내일배움카드 보유자 또는 발급 가능자가 지원할 수 있으며 연수생은 이 카드를 통해 모든 교육 과정을 무료로 수강하고 훈련장려금을 지원받는다.관련 전공자뿐 아니라 비전공자도 참여할 수 있다.모집은 오는 10일까지다.

지난 2023년 과정에서는 연수생 40명을 모집해 36명이 교육을 수료했으며 현재 수료생을 대상으로 NHN 계열사,경마 장외발매소파트너사 등에 취업 연계를 진행하고 있다.2022년 과정은 14명이 수료해 수료생 전원이 NHN 계열사와 주요 기업에 취업했다.
