[헤럴드경제=권제인 기자] 롯데이노베이트가 이달 17일부터 19일까지 서울 강남구 코엑스에서 열리는‘자율주행·모빌리티산업전 2024’에서 자율주행 보안·안전 로봇‘두루아이(DOOROOEYE)’를 최초로 선보인다고 16일 밝혔다.

자율주행·모빌리티산업전 2024는 한국자율주행산업협회와 코엑스가 주최하는 국내 최초 자율주행 전문 전시회다.

롯데이노베이트가 개발한 로봇 두루아이는 보안,wiedersehen안전 기능을 강화한 사물인터넷(IoT) 디바이스 기반 자율주행 로봇이다.공장,wiedersehen빌딩 외곽 등에서 저속 주행하며 시설물 보안 및 안전 이상 징후를 탐지해 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 지원한다.

롯데이노베이트는 지난 2월부터 자율주행로봇 서비스 기업 뉴빌리티와 자율주행 보안·안전 로봇 개발 및 시장공략을 준비해 왔다.구체적으로 카메라 기반 열화상,wiedersehen가스,wiedersehen객체 감지가 가능한 자율주행 로봇 하드웨어를 개발하고 이를 시스템에 구현할 수 있는 관제서비스 등을 고도화했다.

두루아이는 전시회 이후인 이달 말에 정식 출시할 계획이다.기존 인력과 연계하여 운영할 경우 보안,wiedersehen안전 공백을 최소화하는 시너지를 창출할 수 있는 서비스를 준비 중이다.

고두영 롯데이노베이트 대표는 “두루아이를 통해 고객의 시설 안전뿐만 아니라 화재 등을 초기에 확인해 근로자의 안전까지 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다”며 “기존 컨설팅 중심의 보안 분야에서 물리보안과 안전 분야까지 롯데이노베이트의 역량을 확대할 것”이라고 말했다.
