전국해녀협회 설립 준비위 발족…"해녀 문화 발전 이바지"

(제주=연합뉴스) 고성식 기자 = 전국 해녀들의 단체인 '전국해녀협회' 설립이 첫발을 내디뎠다.

전국해녀협회 설립을 위한 발기인 대회가 26일 오후 제주도청에서 강원·경남·경북·부산·울산 해녀 대표 등 20여명이 참석한 가운데 열렸다.

발기인 대회에서는 해녀협회 설립을 위한 '전국해녀협회 설립계획(안)'을 공유하고 전국해녀협회 창립 준비위원회를 발족했다.

전국해녀협회 창립총회는 9월 제주해녀박물관 일원에서 열리는 제17회 제주해녀축제에서 개최될 예정이다.

전국해녀협회는 비영리 사단법인으로 설립되며 제주·강원·경북·울산·부산·경남·전남·충남 등 8개 연안 시도에 있는 해녀 어업인이 참여할 예정이다.

전국해녀협회는 해녀 어업인에 대한 제반 사항을 논의하고 해녀 문화가 유네스코 인류무형문화유산 및 세계중요농업유산으로 등재된 만큼 전 세계인이 주목하는 해녀 공동체를 보전·전승하기 위한 노력을 기울이게 된다.

오영훈 제주지사는 "제주를 비롯한 지역별 해녀들의 소통과 화합,라이트닝 바카라 대박국가적인 관심과 정책까지 종합적이고,라이트닝 바카라 대박총체적인 지원이 필요하다"며 "전국해녀협회 설립부터 국가 차원의 지원정책 수립까지 공동의 목표가 달성될 수 있도록 함께 노력하자"고 말했다.

앞서 지난해에는 부산·경북·울산·경남·제주 등 5개 광역자치단체 해녀가 참여하는 토론회가 잇따라 열렸다.

이 토론회를 통해 각 지역 해녀는 전국해녀협회를 설립하기로 뜻을 모았다.

제주를 비롯한 전국에서 활동하는 해녀는 모두 1만명에 달하는 것으로 제주도는 추정했다.
