폭로 유튜버,허락 없이 피해자 음성·판결문 공개

여전히 2004년 밀양 성폭행 사건의 폭로가 이어지는 중입니다.

지난 8일,프로야구 2차드래프트한 유튜버가 피해자의 허락 없이 피해자의 음성과 판결문을 공개했는데 피해자가 직접 나서 공개를 원치 않는다고 밝혔습니다.

한 유튜버가 밀양 사건의 피해자와 직접 통화한 내용이라며 올린 영상입니다.

1년 전 통화한 것을 음성 변조 없이 올렸고 영상은 순식간에 퍼져나갔습니다.

또 다른 영상에서는 판결문 전문을 공개했습니다.

그러자 피해자의 가족이 직접 온라인에 글을 올렸습니다.

영상을 보자마자 삭제를 요청했으나 받아들여지지 않았단 겁니다.

"사전 동의 없이 왜 영상을 올리셨느냐","다른 유튜버도 음성을 그대로 사용했다"며 우려하는 문자 메시지도 함께 올렸습니다.

피해자가 유튜버의 영상들로 힘들어하고 있다면서 "발언을 하더라도 직접 하겠다",프로야구 2차드래프트"원하지 않으니 당장 삭제하라"고 썼습니다.

유튜버는 오늘 새벽 영상을 삭제했습니다.

앞서 처음 신상을 공개한 유튜브 '나락보관소'도 한 차례 영상을 모두 지웠으나,프로야구 2차드래프트최근 다시 영상을 게재했습니다.

한국성폭력상담소는 유튜브 콘텐츠에 피해자가 희생되면서 "피해자의 안녕과 일상에서의 안전이 보장되지 못하는 구조"라고도 지적했습니다.
