전삼노는 10일 홈페이지를 통해 무기한 총파업 돌입을 선언했다.당초 전삼노는 지난 8일부터 10일까지 사흘간 1차 파업을 진행한 뒤 사측 대응에 따라 15일부터 2차 파업을 할 예정이었으나 계획을 앞당겼다.

전삼노는 불투명한 성과급 개선,2024 테슬라 모델X노조 창립기념일 제정,2024 테슬라 모델X조합원 기본임금 인상률 3.5%,파업 참가자 타결금 보상 등을 내걸었다.

삼성전자 노조,무기한 파업 선언 - 삼성전자 최대 노동조합인 전국삼성전자노동조합이 11일부터 무기한 파업에 돌입한다.사진은 8일 오전 서울 서초구 삼성전자 서초사옥 앞.2024.7.8 연합뉴스앞서 전삼노는 지난 8일 총파업 첫날 파업 참여 의사를 밝힌 조합원이 6540명이며,이중 반도체 설비·제조·개발(공정) 직군이 5211명이라고 밝혔다.전삼노 조합원 수는 3만명을 넘었다.삼성전자 전체 직원(약 12만 5000명) 4명 중 1명이 전삼노에 가입한 셈이다.

한편 사측은 생산 차질은 발생하지 않았으며,2024 테슬라 모델X정상적으로 라인이 가동되고 있다고 설명했다.
