SK온이 최고사업책임자(CCO)를 보직 해임했습니다.전기차 캐즘(일시적 수요 둔화)으로 부진을 겪는 가운데 조직 재정비에 나선 것으로 풀이됩니다.SK그룹 전반적인 경영진 교체도 이뤄지고 있습니다.

19일 SK온에 따르면 최근 성민석 SK온 부사장은 보직 해임됐습니다.완성차업체 포드,고스톱 치매한온시스템 전신인 한라비스테온공조 임원에 이어 한온시스템 최고경영자(CEO)까지 지낸 성 부사장은 지난해 8월 SK온에 영입됐습니다.

당시 SK온은 완성차 제조사 대응 역량을 강화하기 위해 CCO직을 신설하고,고스톱 치매성 부사장을 영입한다고 발표했습니다.그러나 포드 전기차 판매량 감소 등으로 기대 만큼 성과를 내지 못하면서 이같은 결정을 내린 것으로 알려졌습니다.

성 부사장의 향후 거취나 후임 CCO 임명 또는 CCO직 폐지 여부 등은 결정되지 않았습니다.다만 전기차 업황이 당분간 회복되기 어렵다는 전망에 무게가 실리는 만큼,CCO직을 없애고 조직 슬림화에 나설 것이라는 관측도 나옵니다.

SK온은 지난해 5818억원 규모 영업손실을 내고,올해 1분기에도 3315억원 적자를 기록했습니다.SK그룹은 배터리 계열사를 중심으로 사업 재편에 들어간 상태로 후속 인사가 있을 가능성도 점쳐집니다.

SK그룹은 오는 28일과 29일 경기 이천 SKMS연구소에서 주요 계열사 최고경영자(CEO) 등 경영진이 참석하는 경영전략회의를 개최합니다.그룹 내 각 사업을 점검하고 최적화하는 리밸런싱 방향성 등을 논의하는 자리가 될 것으로 보입니다.
