12일 검찰에 따르면 서울북부지검 형사4부(윤수정 부장검사)는 전날(11일) 50대 남성 A씨를 미성년자약취미수죄,넷마블 포커 머니아동복지법위반죄로 구속기소했다.

A씨는 지난달 26일 오후 4시께 노원구 한 아파트에서 귀갓길을 가던 15살 여중생(피해자)에게 달려들어 강제로 끌고 가려던 혐의를 받는다.이후 피해자의 비명을 듣고 나온 아버지에게 제압돼 미수에 그쳤다.

검찰은 "피고인(A씨)의 행동으로 피해 아동(여중생)이 신체적·심리적으로 극심한 충격을 받은 점을 고려해,넷마블 포커 머니경찰에서 송치된(적용한) '미성년자약취미수' 혐의 외에 아동복지법위반죄도 추가로 적용해 기소했다"고 밝혔다.

검찰은 아울러 "향후 범죄에 상응하는 처벌이 이루어질 수 있도록 공소유지에 만전을 기하겠다"며 "국민의 평온한 일상을 저해하는 범죄에 엄정 대응하겠다"고 부연했다.
