최태원 SK그룹 회장이 노소영 아트센터 나비 관장과의 이혼 항소심 재판부의 판결문 경정에 불복하며 재항고장을 제출했습니다.

최 회장 측은 오늘 이혼 소송 항소심을 심리한 서울고법 가사2부에 판결문 경정 결정에 대한 재항고장을 냈습니다.

이에 따라 대법원은 이혼 소송 본안 상고심과 판결문 경정 결정에 대한 재항고심을 함께 심리하게 됐습니다.

최 회장 측은 항소심 재판부가 경정한 오류가 판결문 내용의 실질에 영향을 미친다고 보고 단순 경정으로 해결할 것이 아니라고 주장하고 있습니다.

지난달 30일,안동경안고등학교항소심 재판부는 최 회장이 노 관장에게 재산 분할로 1조 3천억여 원을 지급하라고 판결했습니다.

이어 지난 17일,안동경안고등학교최 회장은 기자회견을 열고 재판부가 주식 상승 기여 비율을 산정하는 과정에서 주식 가치를 잘못 계산했다며 '치명적 오류'라고 지적했습니다.

하지만 재판부는 곧바로 해당 오류를 수정하며 이튿날 설명자료를 통해 "재산 분할 비율 등 결론은 바뀌지 않는다"고 밝혔습니다.

대법원이 최 회장 측 재항고를 받아들이면 이혼 소송 본안 심리는 경정하기 전 판결문을 토대로 진행됩니다.

만약 재항고가 기각되면,안동경안고등학교항소심 재판부가 경정한 판결문을 바탕으로 상고심이 진행됩니다.
